Catherine Hall brings decades of hands-on experience to the real estate appraisal profession, serving clients across Connecticut and Florida. She is the owner of Heritage Valuation Group and has long been recognized in the banking and lending industry under the name Appraisal Specialists, her established appraisal practice.
Catherine began her career in 1993, working alongside her mother, Joan Davies, and later formalized her business as Appraisal Specialists – CT. Over the years, she has expanded her services across multiple markets while maintaining the same commitment to accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
As her service areas grew beyond Connecticut, the Heritage Valuation Group name and brand were introduced to better reflect a broader geographic reach and ensure clients understand the company serves multiple markets—not just one state.
Known for delivering precise, USPAP-compliant valuations, Catherine provides reports that stand up to scrutiny from lenders, attorneys, courts, and the IRS. Her work is trusted by homeowners, legal professionals, and financial institutions who require clear, defensible property valuations.
